No single individual founded the unit, it was started by a group of Calculator Techne called '''The Navigators''', though all of them has since retired, replaced by newer Techne. They are renowned for their works in fashion, education, and entertainment.

==Aesthetics==

RTG's original style were more rustic and nautical-themed like the rest of Arenes. However, after [[Viktoria Tramell|Vicky]]'s debut, she added more fashionable details including jackets, and colorful accessories. [[Kairi Tramell|Kairi]]'s addition to the team introduced a more vibrant, arcadecore design, which helped them stand out as entertainers.

==Philosophy==

RTG aims to make entertainment and education accessible and fun to the masses, while not abandoning the Arenes value of resourcefulness.
