UNIVER.SYS Timekeeping

UNIVER.SYS has its own time system, known as Universum Temporis, which replaced the old time system of the pre-Techne era.

Calendar

A cycle in UNIVER.SYS is formatted as [Cycle Number] + [Quarter] + [Subquarter]. A cycle is divided into four quarters (Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4), and each quarter has 3 subquarters (Q1.1, Q1.2, Q1.3)

The reference epoch of Universum Temporis Calendar, or Year 1, is equivalent to 1760 in Earth calendar, and every shift equals 4 Earth years.
