• Logiciel is inspired by Microsoft Corporation. The world Logiciel itself in French means software. Subsequently, Alpha Enterprise, their former territory, was based on MITS (Micro Instrumentation and Telemetry Systems), the creator of Altair 8800 and an early customer and collaborator for Microsoft.
• The climate and landscape of Logiciel were largely inspired by the Pacific Northwest and its urban areas.
