Logiciel is a prominent Ensemble in Liberty Cluster, largely known for their software production, libraries, multimedia artworks, and engineering centers. Originally started as a small settlement under Alpha Enterprise's territory, it quickly expanded as a bustling technology, business, and entertainment hub.
Logiciel maintains good relationships with Arenes, BIM and several Liberty Cluster organizations, and has established relations with Virta. However, they have quite the rivalry with Prismage.

- Logiciel is inspired by Microsoft Corporation, with the word Logiciel itself in French meaning software. Subsequently, Alpha Enterprise, their former territory, was based on MITS (Micro Instrumentation and Telemetry Systems), the creator of Altair 8800 and an early customer and collaborator for Microsoft.
- The climate and landscape of Logiciel were largely inspired by the Pacific Northwest and its urban areas.
